The Director of Sales will lead a team of Sales Managers responsible for driving revenue growth within an established customer base while also expanding the business through new customer acquisition. This leader will own the overall performance of their organization, including revenue production, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline development. In addition to delivering near-term results, the Director will play a key role in developing sales talent. This position will coach and prepare high-performing sellers to advance into enterprise-level roles that lead complex, strategic opportunities.
