We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing
Manager to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in New York - 4
days in office expectation per week.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Client Processing. Handles any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution.
• Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget.
• Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
• Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning.
