We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing - to join our team. This role location is in Toronto, Canada (4 days in office per week).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
  • Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
  • Process account-related transactions per scheduled events or client authenticated direction.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues following established procedures.
  • Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response.
  • Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues.
  • Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
  • May be responsible for allocating and checking work of team members and specific supervisory review and approval actions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
