About The Position

The Director of Client Partnership provides strategic and tactical leadership for multi-million dollar engagements, ensuring client success through user-centric work. This role involves understanding client business needs, collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, and managing client relationships effectively. The Director acts as a strategic partner to clients, a business operator for Huge, and a champion for internal teams, driving client success through high-quality, user-centric work. They must be adept at understanding and articulating the perspectives of both clients and internal teams, serving as a leader, communicator, and mentor.

Requirements

  • Expert experience leading large-scale hospital system engagements within a design or innovation agency environment.
  • Experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
  • Proven ability to navigate the complex dynamics of hospital systems and how patients, caregivers, and clinicians engage with healthcare brands and services.
  • A strong point of view on the future of healthcare experiences.
  • Comfort interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and design lifecycle.
  • An ability to manage and set client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership across multi-million dollar engagements.

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, a business operator for Huge, and an internal team champion.
  • Understand and express the perspectives, concerns, and requirements of both clients and internal teams.
  • Manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams.
  • Manage and set client expectations.
  • Facilitate the relationship between Huge and its clients.
