In this role, you will design the workflows, cultural norms, and high-impact routines that empower our teams to deliver successfully. By streamlining executive messaging, dismantling silos across BC&P, and leading critical horizontal projects, you ensure our most vital resources are ruthlessly aligned with the strategic agenda.
