The Payment Networks organization is a business enabler and industry leader of technology and payments innovation, supported by a multi-disciplinary team of top product, operations, and technology professionals. We engineer enterprise solutions for enabling all Products, Services, and Corporate Functions across all markets to serve our customers. Payment Networks is a global organization comprised of twelve programs that provide solutions for Network Access, Transaction Switching Services, and Value Added Services. The Director, Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, overseeing financial operations, headcount management, and annual budget planning while ensuring alignment across Product, Finance, and Business Operations. This role drives organizational effectiveness by leading executive rhythms, maintaining data quality, coordinating enterprise-wide processes, and managing major meetings and leadership events. The Director also owns global employee engagement, communications, early-talent programs, and philanthropy efforts across multiple tech hubs. In addition, this role supports key strategic initiatives—including inquiry reduction, AI roadmap activities, and vendor optimization—to advance operational excellence and organizational priorities.
