The Director, Change Management leads the strategic design, implementation, and oversight of the Change Management Partner Office (CMPO). This role establishes the enterprise-wide framework for the "people side" of change, ensuring maximum ROI through efficient and effective change adoption. They liaise with the Integration management Office, Communications, and Human Resources, and business functions to design strategic change initiatives, consult on best practices, and support cross-organizational upskilling for a cohesive teammate experience, ensuring changes align with organizational capacity. This role requires 4 days in office for up to 6 months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri.
