About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Change Management to lead the people-side of a high-stakes, global partnership with one of the world’s most influential high-tech organizations. In this role, you won't just be managing a project; you will be the primary architect of a global cultural shift. You will bridge the gap between technical innovation and human adoption, ensuring that our client's workforce—spanning multiple continents—is not just informed of change, but equipped and empowered to lead it. This is a remote position with some travel. Candidates may reside anywhere in the U.S. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Management Consulting.
  • 7+ years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, global transformations (preferably in the High-Tech or Service sectors).
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, especially at the executive and C-Suite level. Able to work effectively at all levels within an organization and globally
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Is a team player, capable of working collaboratively with and through others in a matrixed work environment?
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Strong drive for results and gets things done, on budget and on time
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Outstanding project management skills, capable of starting, leading and executing multiple projects simultaneously. Is analytical, detailed oriented, with demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness and a strong attention to detail. Is excellent ensuring the project stays on target, following up where required and providing status updates on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the high-tech sector to maximize long-term adoption and ROI.
  • Methodology Mastery: Leverage industry-standard change management frameworks and proprietary tools to create a consistent global approach.
  • Program Impact: Continuously assess both the technical and human side of change to ensure program goals remain on track and risks are mitigated before they impact productivity.
  • On-Site Partnership: Directly support regional leaders to localize global initiatives, helping regional teams navigate the nuances of their specific transitions.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Serve as a high-touch consultant to executive stakeholders, helping them model the behaviors required for successful transformation.
  • Readiness Assessment: Conduct deep-dive organizational change readiness assessments to identify potential resistance and cultural blockers.
  • Equipping the Workforce: Develop the training, communication, and support structures necessary to prepare every level of the organization for new ways of working.
  • Adoption Analytics: Establish KPIs to measure the speed of adoption, ultimate utilization, and proficiency of the workforce regarding new technologies and processes.
