About The Position

Twotrees Technologies is seeking an experienced Director of Change Management to lead organizational transformation and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves partnering directly with executive leadership, influencing enterprise-wide change, and shaping the future of the organization. Twotrees Technologies has a 30-year history of delivering innovative technology solutions in education and enterprise systems, with a focus on cybersecurity and building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience leading change management, organizational development, business transformation, or related initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement during organizational changes.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and develop appropriate change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to successful change implementation.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the change process, ensuring clarity and understanding of the change objectives and expected outcomes.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Develop and deliver change management training programs to build change readiness and capability within the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management, applying relevant insights to enhance change initiatives.
