ROLE SUMMARY The Director of Change Management and Marketer Experience will lead transformation initiatives across the CE&E marketer and agency ecosystem. The role is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling change frameworks that drive consistent adoption of new operating models, tools, platforms, and ways of working while delivering measurable improvements in marketer experience and operational performance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketer Experience, Operations & Strategy, this role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and embedded sustainably across the CMO and marketing community. The Director translates strategic priorities into executable change plans, drives adoption and ensures initiatives deliver intended business outcomes. This role blends strategic change leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on implementation rigor, adoption of accountability and continuous optimization across the CMO and marketer community.

Requirements

  • A minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience leading enterprise-scale change and transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments
  • Proven success driving adoption of new operating models, tools, and platforms across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong expertise in change management frameworks, implementation governance, and adoption measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executive stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations, agency models, and marketer ecosystems
  • Experience leading global initiatives across multiple markets and regions
  • Strong facilitation skills to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and lead through evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy & Execution Lead change management strategies that support the implementation of new standards, tools, and platforms.
  • Design and execute structured change frameworks that drive sustained adoption across CMO and marketer communities.
  • Partner with team members to establish governance models, implementation standards, and adoption of checkpoints for major initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, and success criteria.
  • Strategic Implementation & Adoption Partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to align implementation scope, sequencing, and success measures.
  • Identify and mitigate adoption risks and implementation barriers across markets and stakeholder groups.
  • Partnering with team members, ensure initiatives are operationalized consistently; embed new ways of working into standard operating models, workflows, and governance structures.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement Collaborate with CMO and marketing community leaders to drive alignment and accountability for change adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on change readiness, implementation planning, and scaling best practices.
  • Facilitate working sessions and forums that drive decision-making, alignment, and execution progress.
  • Measurement, Optimization & Continuous Improvement Define KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, experience effectiveness, and operational impact.
  • Lead regular reviews to assess performance against goals and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Use feedback, journey insights, and performance data to continuously improve change approaches and implementation models.
