Overview The Director, Global Change Management will establish and lead the Office of Change Management (OCM) to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for global projects, M&A integrations and large-scale organizational initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a standardized change management framework to ensure consistency, predictability and cultural alignment across all transformation efforts. The Director will partner with senior leadership, project teams, and business units to embed change management practices into the organization, enabling employees to adapt quickly and effectively to change. The OCM ensures every transformation - whether driven by technology, growth or acquisition is strategically managed, culturally aligned and executed with minimal disruption, enabling the organization to achieve its global objectives efficiently and effectively. This position will report to the Vice President, Project Management and Integration, with a dotted line matrixed to the Chief HR Officer.
