The Category Development team is a fast-paced, human-centric team within the A-B Commercial organization. Our team draws from a diverse set of data, including secondary sources like Circana, Nielsen & Numerator, as well as leading primary research to ensure we stay on top of this dynamic channel. You will work closely with the rest of the Category Development organization to integrate a category perspective into our commercial strategy in the On-Premise, serving as the category subject matter expert across the On-Premise channel landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our On-Premise Sales leadership and field teams to proactively find opportunities and gaps, synthesize and analyze insights and data, and work without constraints to identify new trends within the channel. Your ability to collaborate cross functionally and advocate for category growth will drive strategy, execution, and impact both internally and externally.
