INB National AssociationSpringfield, IL

About The Position

The Director, Business Systems & Platform Strategy leads the strategy, governance, performance and evolution of the Bank's critical business technology platforms and related enterprise applications. The portfolio includes core processing, digital banking, treasury management, commercial and retail lending, deposit operations, payments, and the applications and integrations supporting these functions. This leader serves as the strategic bridge between Technology and Operations, translating priorities into roadmaps, disciplined delivery and measurable results. The Director builds a platform-aligned team, guides major modernization initiatives, and leads responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, automation and emerging technologies in partnership with the Bank's control functions. This is a newly established, enterprise-wide function. The Director will initially inherit an existing, proven platform-management model already operating successfully within a portion of the Bank, and will lead the expansion of that model across additional business platform domains, building and overseeing a team of Business Systems Analysts along the way.
