About The Position
The Director, Business Solutions will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in partnership with Cyber Security and Compliance. This role will also focus on continuously improving operating models, tools, and governance practices to support scalable transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise business systems transformation with measurable business outcomes
- Strong expertise in enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Customer Support, Finance, ITSM) and integration architectures
- Demonstrated ability to drive automation, efficiency improvements, and experience enhancements
- Experience defining KPIs and driving accountability for business outcomes
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and measurable results
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in enterprise applications, business systems, or related leadership roles
- 7+ years leading teams and cross-functional programs
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise roadmaps and delivery of measurable transformation outcomes
