  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and to clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media research/reporting resources.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions that grow client brands and ensure strategic consistency across plan development and implementation, focusing on performance-based media and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the VP on strategic marketing approach, guiding the translation of client goals to the Business Solutions team, activation teams, and media partners.
  • Ensure the team follows internal and external processes and cadences for streamlined and timely workflow.
  • Oversee final reporting analysis of campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and presenting findings to clients.
  • Apply and leverage attribution model functionalities to build media recommendations and optimize future campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of strategic frameworks for quarterly plans and participate in team presentations.
  • Lead the team’s understanding of clients' businesses and uncover motivations/needs.
  • Seek innovative media solutions to deliver on client goals and evaluate client business health via analysis of relevant metrics (ROI, A/S).
  • With support from senior leadership, oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Solutions Team to ensure consistent and high-quality client deliverables.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across all channels and teams for a fully integrated approach.
  • Advance client relationships by maintaining positive rapport and championing trust.
  • Communicate and build relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Tap into Horizon Next resources and collaborate with partner and creative agencies to offer holistic business solutions.
  • Ensure the team anticipates client requests and guide the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving with internal resources.
  • Act as the client’s “go-to,” serving as a trusted and consistent voice in meetings and providing POVs.
  • Manage client expectations around timelines and deliverables, adjusting and reprioritizing as needed.
  • Provide ongoing, real-time performance feedback to ensure continued team growth.
  • Guide the team in setting goals and professional development timelines, ensuring challenging, level-appropriate projects and learning opportunities.
  • Ensure team members have the training and support needed to achieve development goals.
  • Conduct junior team members’ performance reviews and coach to maximize success.
  • Actively participate in conversations around staffing needs.
  • Promote the work of both junior and senior team members and set a positive team environment.
  • Participate in the interview process for junior team members.
