Director, Business Intel Analytics

LastPass is seeking a Director of Business Intel Analytics who will be responsible for supporting colleagues in making data-informed decisions and creating business intelligence tools and insights presentations. The role involves empowering strategy, solving business problems, and identifying new opportunities to drive profit and cash flow. The Director will work closely with the product and analytics executive team, as well as with various business units and departments, to ensure alignment with LastPass' overall goals and objectives. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Develop BI visualizations and actionable insights presentations based on business priorities
• Work with and provide guidance to key business stakeholders to understand and evolve business requirements
• Translate business requirements to technical documents for the Data team to implement
• Interact with key stakeholders to understand requirements and business information
• Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards and focus on continuous improvement to drive adoption
• Develop procedures to enhance data accuracy and integrity, drive compliance with data policies, and identify data issues and exceptions
• Document processes, implement best practices, and stay current with developments and trends in data quality analysis
• Conduct nonroutine end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and processing, to enhance algorithms and improve data quality
• Reconcile large datasets between source systems and aggregated datasets in the data warehouse to ensure data quality and define procedures for future accuracy
• Collaborate closely with senior pioneers and key stakeholders
• Coach and support junior team members in BI best practices
