Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in business insights, analytics, or market intelligence, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing analytical teams.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/dermatology market, including key drivers, challenges, and competitive dynamics.
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, forecasting, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, AI, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales force effectiveness analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business insights and analytics strategy for the Therapeutic Dermatology franchise.
  • Drive the generation of actionable insights from diverse data sources (e.g., sales data, market research, clinical data, digital analytics) to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities/risks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytical models (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, ROI analysis) to support business objectives.
  • Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging analytical technologies to ensure Galderma maintains a competitive edge.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
