Sitero is seeking a high-performing, strategically minded Business Development Associate (BDA) with deep eClinical industry expertise to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be a critical driver of new revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotechnology companies into Sitero clients. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of consultative selling within the eClinical ecosystem — whether EDC, RTSM, eTMF, CTMS, eConsent, or integrated clinical data platforms — and understands the regulatory, operational, and technological pressures sponsors face throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. You will leverage your existing network, deep domain credibility, and structured outreach to build pipeline and close new business in partnership with senior account executives and solution architects.
