The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 5 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area. Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Director of Business Development. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work an in person or hybrid schedule. The Director of Business Development will lead the growth of Leonardo DRS's Maneuver Support campaign—driving new and existing customer relationships, capture strategy, and bookings achievement across logistics/sustainment, cargo loading, tactical bridging, unmanned ground systems, and heavy manufacturing for DoD customers. Leveraging deep market and technology expertise, this leader will perform competitive analysis, shape capture and proposal efforts, and coordinate across Program Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing to position the portfolio for sustained mission-relevant wins.
