Perceptive is seeking a high-performing Business Development Director (BDD) to drive new business and expand strategic client partnerships within its growing eClinical division. This role offers full ownership of a defined set of pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences accounts, focusing on developing territory strategy, building pipeline, winning new business, and growing existing accounts. The BDD will play a key role in the company's continued growth by meeting and exceeding annual sales targets, owning revenue delivery, and developing strategic territory and account plans. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, managing a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, leading client engagement from initial approach to deal close, owning proposal strategy, and driving account expansion through strategic planning and increasing wallet share within existing clients. The role also involves working with marketing and internal teams to introduce new eClinical offerings and support go-to-market execution.
