Our events bring together music lovers, artists, and pop culture icons, creating a space for nostalgia, discovery, and community-building. Emo Nite has come a long way since that first party in 2014, hosting full-day festivals and curating performances at major events like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and Firefly. Alongside our events, we’ve launched successful clothing collaborations with well-known brands, solidifying our presence as a driving force pushing the emo and alternative culture scene forward. Emo Nite is seeking a strategic Director of Business Development to identify and execute growth opportunities across the Emo Nite brand in new verticals. This role will assess new potential markets, uncover scalable revenue opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to expand the brand’s current footprint. The ideal candidate has deep experience in live events, nightlife, festivals, music marketing, or experiential branding, with a strong network across brands, agencies, venues, and entertainment professionals. This position is not remote and is hybrid in office 3 days per week and on site at various event locations.
