This position leads the business development team supporting pursuits and new business capture across a portfolio of domestic and international training, simulation products and services, collaborative autonomy, and integrated system solutions for proprietary platforms. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with deep experience in new business pursuit and capture, and have a strong background in US Department of Defense (DoD) and military services warfighting CONOPS and killchains. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the US DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes, and be comfortable interacting with DoD subject matter experts in all areas of the acquisition process. Experience at the military Service level in organizations such as CJCS, Army Staff, USAF ACC, USN OPNAV, FLEET/TYCOM/MAJCOM/CECOM is highly desired, as is experience in Special Access Program environments.
