The Mission Autonomy (MA) Business Development (BD) Team, within Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division, is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities that cement Anduril as the leader in high-performance autonomous systems. To meet current and future client needs, the team must deeply understand the users’ pain points, how current solutions fail to address existing gaps, and how Anduril products can deliver more effective mission outcomes. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. As Anduril deepens its partnerships with allied nations across Europe, we are seeking a Director, Business Development - Mission Autonomy (International) to lead business development for Mission Autonomy software and integrated autonomous systems with European defense partners. Based in our DC office, you will own the European growth strategy end-to-end — from identifying and shaping opportunities to building enduring relationships with allied defense organizations and industry partners across many countries in Europe like the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, or Belgium. Our European engagements are complex, multi-year partnerships that go well beyond product sales: they involve technology integration, co-production arrangements, and platform-level ecosystem plays that require patience, strategic judgment, and senior-level credibility across multiple countries.
