This growth is driven by capabilities across CLD, process development (upstream/downstream), tech transfer, and GMP manufacturing (clinical & commercial). The focus is to build a high-performance, customer-centric commercial team that drives growth and develops long-term partnerships across the biologics lifecycle. This role will own and drive regional P&L performance, with accountability for strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth across biologics CDMO services. The position involves building and managing senior client relationships, leading complex, high-value opportunities through the full commercial lifecycle while aligning global cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. The role requires leveraging deep biologics domain expertise, strong commercial judgment, and executive communication to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive sustained growth through new client acquisition, strategic deal execution, and expansion of long-term partnerships within a global, matrixed organization. This role is ideal for a proven CDMO sales leader with a strong network, a consultative selling mindset, and a consistent track record of delivering $15M+ annual revenue.
