About the Role: The Director, Brand Strategy drives how Hinge shows up in the world and stays true to what makes it different. This role defines the next generation of Hingeâs brand platforms, messaging frameworks, and creative direction, ensuring the brand evolves in step with culture and business growth. You will turn cultural and consumer insight into clear brand direction and lead the team that brings it to life across brand platforms and campaigns. Working closely with partners across Brand, Product, Growth, Creative, and Comms, you will connect the dots between what we say, what we build, and how we show up in culture. You will also lead and develop a team of strategists, helping them grow their craft and push the brand forward with curiosity, clarity, and conviction.
