About The Position

ACC and Pixly are hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships. A closer with creative instincts and a rolodex of brand decision-makers ready to go. You'll drive new business for our performance-focused influencer marketing agency, leading pitches, building relationships, and converting opportunities into partnerships that scale. If you've spent years selling into brands, know the influencer space inside and out, and love the thrill of a well-won pitch, we want to talk.

Requirements

  • A relentless desire to win and the instincts to back it up.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years relevant experience, with at least 3+ years of new business experience.
  • Proven experience leading and winning influencer pitches and new business initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, with the ability to translate trends into sales opportunities.
  • Experience using Apollo or similar sales automation platforms for prospecting and outreach.
  • Ability to translate briefs into clear goals and frameworks.
  • Deep collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and performance influencer teams.
  • A growth mindset, strong network, and instinct for identifying opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead the agency’s new business efforts across priority categories, prospects, and partners.
  • Own the pitch process end-to-end, from RFP through proposal delivery and close.
  • Serve as a senior client-facing lead in pitch meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Help shape strategy and narratives that align client briefs and influencer opportunities with client goals.
  • Oversee pitch scoping, resourcing, timelines, and budgets to ensure feasibility and profitability.
  • Partner closely with our parent company, Acceleration Community of Companies, on sales strategy.
  • Identify proactive growth opportunities across existing relationships and industry networks.
  • Aid in pipeline development, developing leads, tracking opportunities, win/loss insights, and conversion rates.
  • Build relationships with key industry players and decision-makers.
  • Represent Pixly at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
