At H&R Block, the Director, Brand Media plays a critical role in how we show up in the market—bringing our brand to life through high-impact, large-scale media experiences that drive awareness, consideration, and new customer growth. This leader owns the strategy and execution of brand-building media across channels including TV, streaming, gaming, audio, out-of-home (OOH), and custom partner integrations. The role sits at the intersection of brand and performance—balancing creativity and storytelling with disciplined, data-driven decision-making. Success in this role means delivering efficient reach and frequency across priority audiences while driving measurable increases in new customer traffic across all channels—retail, digital, and app. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how one of the most recognized brands shows up in the market, lead high-visibility media investments across a national footprint, combine storytelling, media innovation, and performance accountability, and work closely with brand, creative, analytics, and business leaders across the organization.
