About The Position

The Director of Brand Marketing leads the development and execution of brand strategy to drive awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role oversees integrated marketing campaigns, brand positioning, product storytelling, and team leadership across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong background in consumer marketing, digital campaigns, and brand development.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG, wellness, retail, or ecommerce preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, ecommerce, social, and advertising channels.
  • Partner with creative, ecommerce, product, and sales teams on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and customer experience across all platforms.
