Director, Applied AI & Agentic Solutions

The Coca-Cola Company•Atlanta, GA
•$171,000 - $198,000

About The Position

Lead a small, senior engineering team that turns business questions from Coca-Cola operating units and bottlers into secure, governed AI agents grounded in enterprise data on Azure and Databricks. The solutions support decisions about pricing, packs and promotions across markets on four continents, and are increasingly delivered inside Microsoft Teams. This is a hands-on, player-coach role. The director owns architecture and production delivery, reads and reviews code, sets engineering standards and remains accountable for what runs in production. The role also serves as the technical voice to non-technical executives, translating broad requests into realistic commitments and balancing business needs with technical trade-offs and governance. The role leads and develops AI engineers; establishes reusable patterns and engineering practices; and oversees production evaluation, observability, governance, security, privacy and access control. Solutions are built on enterprise platforms and standards, including Azure OpenAI, Databricks and Python, with a focus on secure, scalable and resilient production systems. The position is based in Atlanta, United States, with 0%–25% travel and relocation provided. Coca-Cola will not sponsor employment-based visas; applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring company sponsorship. The listed U.S. base pay range is $171,000–$198,000, with an annual incentive reference value of 30% at target. Benefits are offered, with the full range dependent on the position.
