The Director, Analytics is a uniquely positioned role, working closely with business and clinical stakeholders in an analytical problem-solving and thought leader capacity with strong consulting acumen. The role requires very strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, in addition to a thorough understanding of various data analysis and analytical methods to formulate analyses, models and solutions to business problems. This role will interact with various functional leaders in understanding their unique business problems (e.g., how to reduce attrition, improve clinical interventions, optimize transport times, reduce unhelpful utilization, maximize real estate efficiency, simplify operational workflows, increase member and employee satisfaction etc.), analyze available enterprise and external data and develop analytical models to uncover levers that could be applied to improve business outcomes. This role requires a mix of team management and mentorship, data analysis and visualization expertise, collaboration and relationship building, leadership, creativity with data and finding new data (internal and external). This role is different because the Director, Analytics at WelbeHealth: Serves as a strategic thought partner to executive, operational, and clinical leaders, applying advanced analytics, modeling, and data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges that directly improve participant outcomes, operational performance, and organizational growth. Leads a high-impact analytics function that goes beyond reporting, combining business consulting, analytical rigor, and innovation to identify new opportunities, influence enterprise strategy, and transform data into actionable decisions across the organization.
