About The Position

The Director-Allied Health oversees Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function Testing, Rehab (PT, OT, Speech), Neurodiagnostics, Sleep and Lab. This leader serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line. The Director is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. This leader is responsible in increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Requires 4 years of people leader experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Clinical licensure is preferred.
