As an Alliances Director, you will lead the strategic expansion and execution of o9’s partner ecosystem across Tier-1 Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and EY. In this role, you will redefine how partner ecosystems operate by embedding AI into both your strategic go-to-market execution and the value propositions you build for partners. You will act as the primary catalyst for driving joint revenue, ecosystem co-innovation, and partner enablement.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years specifically in Strategic Alliances, Partner Management, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS Sales.
A deep, proven background in supply chain management, integrated business planning, or process optimization is required.
Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-million dollar co-sell and joint GTM strategies with Tier-1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, etc.).
Demonstrated experience utilizing Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to optimize daily business functions, write effective prompts, synthesize complex account data, and build partner collateral.
Familiarity with modern enterprise SaaS ecosystems, AI-driven enterprise planning solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to blend management consulting, technical credibility, and business strategy to craft clear, win-win alliance models.
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills tailored for C-suite and partner leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year alliance strategy that aligns o9’s AI-driven platform with partner-led digital transformation practices.
Create compelling joint solutions, offerings, and go-to-market programs tailored to specific vertical and enterprise needs.
Lead end-to-end partner business development—from initial engagement and executive presentation to complex contract negotiation and joint deal execution.
Build and scale executive-level relationships across GSI practice leads, client leaders, and account managers.
Conduct high-impact pitch sessions, platform capability demos, and enablement workshops to build o9 champion networks within partner organizations.
Connect o9 field sales teams with GSI account executives to drive joint account mapping and co-sell opportunities.
Leverage modern Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, custom LLMs) to analyze partner strategies, draft business cases, build account-mapping frameworks, and accelerate pitch customization.
Apply AI prompt engineering and automation to streamline alliance administrative workflows, pipeline reporting, and market research.
