About The Position

The Director, AI Product Management – Knowledge Products drives the end-to-end development and delivery of reusable, AI-ready Knowledge Products—particularly AI models and agents—from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. The role translates business knowledge needs into technical requirements, leads discovery and validation, and defines success measures for product impact, knowledge quality, reuse, and adoption. Based in the Knowledge Lab within EJ Labs, this position focuses on firm knowledge as a reusable AI product rather than on one-off or front-end solutions. It owns the strategy, quality, governance, and lifecycle of shared knowledge capabilities—including governed knowledge domains, curated corpora, metadata, and content standards—that multiple downstream products and experiences can consume. The role partners with Digital Product Management teams, which integrate these capabilities into user-facing experiences and remain accountable for the execution and lifecycle of AI capabilities within their products and portfolios. The Director works with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Experience, and business and functional teams to identify valuable knowledge domains, curate and validate products, support adoption, and improve capabilities over time. The role promotes responsible AI and regulatory compliance, monitors quality and performance, and communicates progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. It connects work across ideation, discovery, delivery, adoption, and iteration to support firmwide strategic objectives and measurable business value.

  • Support delivery, adoption, and business impact through influence and collaboration while navigating shared accountability.
  • Coordinate with product leadership, delivery partners, and enabling teams on resources, delivery execution, and risk management across Knowledge Product delivery teams.
