This is your unique opportunity to lead the creation of planning and forecasting agents that augment FP&A teams with scenario generation, driver-based insights, and automated narrative support—while ensuring consistency, governance, and transparency across forecasts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in FP&A, Financial Planning Systems, or Analytics Leadership
  • Deep experience with forecasting platforms (TM1, Adaptive, similar)

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy FP&A agents that generate and stress-test forecast scenarios.
  • Surface key drivers, sensitivities, and early warning signals.
  • Support rolling forecasts and management reviews.
  • Build agent-enabled planning workflows integrated with TM1, Databricks, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
  • Ensure planning agents operate on governed datasets with clear definitions, hierarchies, and ownership.
  • Partner with FP&A, Finance Data Governance, and ABS to standardize forecast logic, metric definitions, and model documentation and lineage.
  • Define controls around model updates, assumption changes, and agent-generated outputs.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior finance leaders on how agentic capabilities reshape planning cadence and decision-making.
