About The Position

The Data Science team is expanding and is looking for a Director of AI Engagements and Operations. This role requires skill in strategic AI strategy, leading teams of varied skill sets, AI partner engagements, and operational execution in a complex Cybersecurity AI environment. The primary focus will be to use CrowdStrike's AI Strategy to align the R&D and product delivery functions in the Office of the Chief AI Officer across the array of CrowdStrike products. The position reports to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy.

Requirements

MS or equivalent preferred plus 12+ years working in AI/Strategy
Expertise in product management
Expertise in AI
Expertise with cyber security
Expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and ML Ops
Effective communicator and planner that can build consensus within a large team
Expertise in working across timezones and geographic regions
Experience building resilient and robust systems
Experience in a leadership role

Nice To Haves

Experience with productionizing Generative AI models
History of thought leadership blogs or papers
Marketing experience
Experience with executive communications
