This role is responsible for shaping how AI transforms customer engagement within a leading oncology business. The Director, AI Customer Engagement, US Oncology will own the strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities powering Sales and Marketing across US Oncology. This position sits at the intersection of Oncology commercialization, business transformation, and AI/technology. The goal is to champion AI solutions that drive tangible business value and manage the full lifecycle of Sales and Marketing AI capabilities, from ideation to delivery. This role also serves as a liaison between US Oncology and the broader AstraZeneca enterprise for customer engagement capability building. The company is investing in a multi-year transformation of its US Oncology go-to-market model to enable more precise, coordinated, and personalized customer engagement, building AI-enabled capabilities for over 1,000 employees across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services organizations.
