This role is responsible for shaping how AI transforms customer engagement within a leading oncology business. The Director, AI Customer Engagement, US Oncology will own the strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities powering Sales and Marketing across US Oncology. This position sits at the intersection of Oncology commercialization, business transformation, and AI/technology fluency, championing AI solutions that drive tangible business value. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of Sales and Marketing AI capabilities, from ideation to delivery, and serving as a liaison between US Oncology and the broader AstraZeneca enterprise for customer engagement capability building. The Customer2030 initiative is a multi-year transformation of the US Oncology go-to-market model, investing in AI-enabled capabilities for over 1,000 employees across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services to enhance precision, coordination, and personalization in customer engagement.
