Strong leadership and credit expertise are essential for managing risk, supporting team performance, and building meaningful partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business, commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in lending, financial services, or agriculture/agri-business
  • Extensive knowledge of agricultural industry practices and lending principles
  • Proven expertise in loan portfolio management, credit processes, and risk management
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a district sales and operations team to achieve business objectives and strengthen performance
  • Oversee and manage the district loan portfolio, including revenue, expenses, and portfolio quality
  • Develop and execute district business plans, including lending, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Support and guide teams on credit processes, compliance, due diligence, and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, industry stakeholders, financial institutions, and government representatives
  • Champion corporate initiatives, change management, and community development activities
