As a Director, Change Management & Communications Lead within the Enterprise Agile Centre of Excellence (COE), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of the Agile operating model across CIBC. Reporting to the Senior Director, Design & Change Lead, you’ll develop and execute strategic change management and communication initiatives to support enterprise transformation. You’ll lead the creation of engaging communications, oversee people change management activities, and foster Agile education and awareness throughout the organization. Building strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, and business units, you’ll ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to embrace new ways of working. Your expertise will be key in monitoring progress, identifying risks, and guiding the organization through successful change. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
