About The Position

The Director works collaboratively with a team of Advisory consultants to deliver healthcare performance improvement. The role leads engagement results, manages client relationships and resources, oversees development of client deliverables and solutions, oversees implementation, manages risks and issues, and manages project logistics and economics while supporting business development opportunities. The Director oversees projects of all sizes and durations and is accountable for quality of results, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Director delivers consulting services while supervising, mentoring, and developing staff, and serves as a subject matter expert on projects as needed. The Director participates in and leads Premier internal activities, including creation of analytics and standard KPIs, data ingestion, and development of best practices. The role develops data pipelines, creates and delivers analytics, and develops and implements value solutions. It also fosters a productive, collaborative team environment by building staff skills and knowledge. The job is described as remote, with travel requirements stated as up to 10% in the role description and 81–100% within the US elsewhere in the posting.

Requirements

At least 7 years of applicable work experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to clients to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy.
Ability to oversee and quality-assure analytics and mentor others in producing client deliverables.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members.
Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes.
Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise.
Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Ability to operate computer programs and software.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically.
