The Director, Advancement plays a critical role in advancing the National Psoriasis Foundation’s mission by building meaningful relationships with individuals, families, volunteers, health care professionals, and community leaders connected to psoriatic disease, while leading key revenue-generating initiatives that inspire philanthropic support. The Director manages a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, developing personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies that deepen relationships and inspire individuals to support NPF in the ways most meaningful to them. The Director seeks to understand each donor’s connection to NPF, aligns their interests with organizational priorities, and guides them toward impactful philanthropic investments through annual, major, and planned gifts. As a senior leader on the Advancement team, the Director, Advancement plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Foundation's philanthropic growth strategy. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic leadership, and the ability to build alignment among staff, volunteers, board members, health care professionals, and donors to advance organizational fundraising priorities. As NPF prepares to launch a future capital campaign and significantly expand philanthropic investment in its mission, this role will be instrumental in building donor relationships, strengthening fundraising infrastructure, and driving the philanthropic engagement necessary to achieve ambitious organizational goals.
