The Director, Advanced Data & Measurement Solutions will define and execute Tubi’s long-term strategy for advanced measurement, attribution, and outcomes intelligence. This leader will transform measurement from a campaign-by-campaign reporting function into a scalable business capability that enables experimentation, optimization, continuous learning, and revenue growth. This role serves as the strategic business leader for measurement and outcomes capabilities by defining strategic priorities, methodologies, attribution strategy, partner ecosystem, commercialization, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, and Sales to bring new capabilities to market. Working across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Measurement, and Commercial teams, this leader will help shape Tubi’s evolution toward an interoperable Outcomes Intelligence Platform by identifying the capabilities Tubi should uniquely own, guiding strategic platform investments, integrating best-in-class partner solutions, and enabling scalable products that help advertisers measure, optimize, and improve business outcomes. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office. You must be willing to travel to our New York City office four days/week.
