About The Position

AllHealth Network is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Accounting Director to lead its accounting and grant functions. This role provides oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, grants, and team development, while also guiding the organization's financial future. The position offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, partner directly with executive leaders, lead a high-performing accounting team, strengthen financial processes, and support a mission-driven healthcare organization. The Accounting Director will oversee month-end and year-end close processes, direct audit activities, support budgeting and forecasting, manage grant accounting functions, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to provide meaningful financial insights. They will also supervise and develop accounting staff and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership and staff management experience
Experience with grants and regulatory compliance
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

CPA designation
Nonprofit and/or healthcare industry experience
NetSuite experience
Experience managing government grants and external audits
