We’re seeking a North America Director, Account Marketing Foot Locker to lead and inspire a team that amplifies the Nike Brand and creates lasting consumer connections across a multi-brand ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in brand marketing, omni-channel retail marketing, partner management, and innovative storytelling. You thrive in matrixed environments, foster effective teamwork, and drive clarity and accountability. In this role, you will lead the Account Marketing team to deliver industry-defining seasonal marketing plans leveraging the full marketing mix. You will create holistic and integrated Nike x Account Marketing strategies across the Nike Sport Offense, including omni-channel retail, integrated media, sports marketing, and energy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, DSM, Retail Brand, Brand Management, and Sports Marketing to establish industry-leading account positioning and drive annual account marketing plans. You will own and drive marketing plans and activations across Basketball, Sportswear and Running. You will develop deep relationships with partner marketing counterparts and buying teams to foster consumer understanding, business acumen, and new opportunities. You will also lead and develop a world-class team of marketers focused on supporting best-in-class talent and industry-leading marketing plans.
