The Director, Account Management – Employee Benefits (Select) serves as a senior subject matter expert and strategic leader responsible for overseeing a significant block of General Agent (GA) business while leading the wholesale account management team. This role partners closely with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality employee benefits solutions across Health & Welfare lines. The Director is accountable for revenue growth, carrier relationships, operational excellence, and the professional development of their team.
