About The Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall viability and growth of the Branch, as well as facility maintenance. They will be responsible for safety programs and conducting monthly safety inspections, as well as reporting safety to management. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction, support the CSR business, and oversee the development of the Branch budget. They will also train staff as needed and become responsible for mentorship and self-development initiatives. They will offer support to all sales functions at the Branch level as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of product support practices
  • Knowledge of vendor systems
  • Knowledge of administrative practices
  • Knowledge of company policies
  • General financial knowledge
  • Post-secondary degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the heavy equipment industry

Nice To Haves

  • WHMIS, site orientation, and safety training are assets
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
