Remodel Hosts actively guide customers around the store for areas that have been relocated or are currently being relocated. This role involves offering excellent customer service by approaching customers and informing them about ongoing changes in the store. The host will support ongoing renovation work by guiding customers to find items that have been moved. They will also stay informed about construction areas and clearly explain changes to customers. Additionally, the host will maintain up-to-date knowledge on company directives, guidelines, and processes for handling damaged and recalled merchandise, and ensure the implementation and continuous monitoring of new store programs and systems. A part of the role also includes helping to return unpurchased items from the customer service counter to their assigned shelves.
