About The Position

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. This role is responsible for the timely and qualitative completion of order fulfillment, ensuring that assigned order fulfillment functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete. The operator will utilize a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, producing quality items. The role involves operating direct to film equipment according to specifications, matching customer orders to materials in terms of style, color, and size, and organizing orders daily into top priorities. There is flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis. The operator will also be responsible for updating templates using Adobe Illustrator with names, dates, and colors according to notes on orders, running, adjusting, and troubleshooting production equipment and machinery. Teamwork is essential, including assisting and supporting other coworkers as needed. The operator will keep management informed of area activities and concerns, identify problems, and provide suggestions. The role requires satisfactory performance in accordance with company productivity and quality requirements, and the ability to work at a fast pace, experiment, and show a level of independent creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely and qualitative completion of order fulfillment.
  • Ensures that assigned order fulfillment functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Operates direct to film equipment according to specifications listed on written/printed orders; matches customer orders to materials in terms of style, color, and size.
  • Flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis.
  • Organizing orders daily into top priorities.
  • Updating templates using Adobe Illustrator with names, dates, and colors according to notes on orders.
  • Runs, adjusts, and troubleshoots production equipment and machinery.
  • Be a team player by assisting and supporting other coworkers as needed.
  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions.
