Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8 - 10 hours during each shift, bend, and kneel as necessary
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality-minded
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Print, cut, weed, and package digital products
• Operate light printing machinery as trained
• Crosstrain to learn all aspects of the department
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned
