About The Position

Logitech is seeking a passionate Direct to Consumer (DTC) Gaming Category Manager for North America to manage their online business. This is an ecommerce-focused category management role requiring a blend of ecommerce and product management expertise. The individual will be responsible for the growth and profitability of LogitechG.com in the US and Canada, overseeing long-term strategy, in-quarter execution, and market outperformance through ecommerce levers such as pricing, product, placement, and promotions. The role involves approximately 15% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, and customer visits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing the ecommerce funnel (Spend, Traffic, Mix, Conversion) along with modern Ecommerce KPIs (Bounce, Forward progress, Landing Page success, Upsell/Cross Sell, Cart/Conversion).
  • Proven track record of driving a category’s long-term growth targets and profitability, including forecasting, 4P management, Omni-channel experience, and P&L ownership.
  • Understanding of the PC accessories landscape.
  • Strong project/program management, marketing skills, consensus building, and ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams.
  • Passion to be on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through communication, connection, and collaboration.
  • Ability to translate web traffic, conversion funnel metrics, and promotional performance into clear action steps and forecasts.
  • Ability to create strong stories through the use of innovative technologies (such as AI) for presentation purposes.
  • Proactive ownership: comfortable making decisions, driving alignment across matrix teams, and taking hands-on accountability for outcomes.
  • Comfortable driving "asks".
  • Ability to build trust quickly across multicultural teams and present complex commercial updates with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth by owning quarterly and yearly revenue and profitability targets for LogitechG.com across the US and Canada.
  • Maintain a daily pulse on key performance indicators, identify trends, and articulate necessary interventions.
  • Own all aspects of the product online as an ecommerce expert.
  • Grow market share within the region and drive key levers across demand, conversion, and upsell.
  • Build and execute regional plans by translating global category strategies into high-impact regional plans focusing on promotions, pricing, product, and placement across multiple gaming categories.
  • Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for iconic gaming brands through the ecommerce platform.
  • Manage in-quarter demand forecasts and category outlooks, partnering with Supply Chain and Operations to maintain healthy inventory levels and resolve availability challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring 360-degree commercial readiness for major new gaming product launches and key events.
  • Lead post-mortem analyses after launch to translate performance data into actionable insights for future rollouts.
  • Champion the player experience by regularly exploring and testing digital storefronts from a customer's perspective.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Platform teams to advocate for feature upgrades, site improvements, and UX enhancements.
  • Serve as the go-to regional contact for DTC Gaming, working across analytics, marketing, and global product teams to streamline workflows and unlock new opportunities.
  • Track real-time pricing and channel dynamics to ensure the direct experience remains competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors and best practices from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experiences.
